By now we all realize the power of the those little gadgets we hold close to our hearts on a daily basis. Those being our cell phones. Well, no longer are they just cell phones. They are technically “smartphones”. I think we all can agree that they have well earned that title!

Statics are showing that the average cell phone owner checks their phone almost 47 times a day. Wow! So it would seem like a no-brainer to me to make sure all companies should have their websites correctly formatting on mobile to give users the most optimal experience when looking for information on their company. Unfortunately, that isn’t the case. I am still opening websites on my phone and having to pinch my screen to make the website smaller to see everything and borrowing my 7 year-old niece’s tiny fingers to fill out those minuscule forms. Ugh, the struggle!

The point I am making today is – if your website is not responsive, then you are losing out on customers.

What is the first thing we do when we need to buy something or find services? We search for it on our phone! Your customer is at their prime level of intent when searching for you, don’t lose the opportunity to connect. Make your website easy to navigate with clear call to action buttons. This will get them where they need to go fast and in contact with you even faster!
